I never actually realised that one of the old scripting dudes made me a Paintball script ages ago and I never got the chance to use it!

Don Turtuma made a paintball script in his first TMG scriptpack in 2006 but i doubt he made it for you lol.
Without any offense, there is nothing new about it.

No offense taken, and I do believe that you are correct indeed. But I do also think that maybe he was making an alternative for me similar (AUSMOD stuff), most likely well after he already made the TMG script. Thanks for fixing this up for me gui, I wouldn't know otherwise. There is new things too, ive discovered a fair bit over the past 2 weeks.

More screen in a couple of days, been doing some scripting and level design for the paintball mod, roughly 68% complete give or take how many levels I create, and how good I can make textures :P

Just another update, created a skin for the default character, and will import it soon into the game.
Textures will still be made later on

Extremly useful thank you, and any more is more welcome. Does that mean you think I should have different sized pods on the characters? Maybe for different 'classes' I will have differrent weapons with different fire-rates and ammo. I was only going to use one gun for now, but they can be added if needed. In order to create successful textures, I am going to go down to the local paintball when I can, but any information in the meantime is very useful. Some game modes will be:

Skirmish, Team Skirmish, Kick the Bucket and Team Capture ( Don's paintball script )

BOTS:

Bots will be available in the SP and MP of the paintball mod and they are currently working and in fine order! :D
Bots have random names
Bots have a random chat system that I have made, and similar to Quake III style

I have a mod compiled with bots and chatter ( they also throw a smoke grenade on flag capture, just like the SDK explains how to do ) that I can upload, but they only chat on flag capture, and it does crash because my scripting is sloppy at the moment. If someone wants to have a look, and can put up with a couple of random crashes here and there, PM me.

Players that carry more paint usually use longer barrels and fire much more paint than your regular player would. I've always favored woodsball over speedball because I don't enjoy being shot and something about inflatable bunkers just doesn't feel right to me. As far as ammo goes, when you buy a case of paint, all the fills are the same color unlike many games I've seen where you shoot different colors and I guess that's just something that bothers me. Many mechanical guns will never shoot more than 6-7 balls per second. Electro's however can reach up to 30bps the last time I looked into it. You could do also probably have a sniper class that used a pump-style gun.
