Combat zone; Special Forces
« on: September 30, 2010, 12:51:47 pm »
Hey

I downloaded this game, it is 2.8gb and it doesnt require a key to install, just a crack to play.
You can only play MP and u can join any internet server without paying anything.

Its an FPS game with a terrorist vs american's ish theme and its just very featureless but its free and alot of noobs play.
I downloaded this yesterday and made my own server (opened ports and it worked) I had alot of players online and made a shotgun only server.

Well as far as i know this game has no protection, and it could be the new Vietcong (cheap dead and featureless game)

Have fun with it.

ouch....2.8 gigs with the crap net provider up here is devastating. with the 10GB limit of bandwidth a month i wonder if i can try to at-least talk one of the other 5 guys who share this bandwidth cap into using some of our ration for this.

looks like a good project to teach the next generation with as VC and most other "simple" games are more than practically dead.

unless anyone wishes to burn it to a DVD and send it to me. I'ts not like i really care what random people out there know my P.O.Box address because it would be an expensive and grueling venture to even make an attempt to try something out here in the barren wasteland thats home to the drunken in-bred Eskimos. Unless you feel the need to waste your time filling out junk mail surveys and whatnot.

what type of vulnerabilities did the programmers leave behind for us to find? I want another game to fly around in on the public servers and to shoot peoples feet from under them.
Enjoy your creative game-play, whatever that may include.

I have most of it downloaded...then the internet died.
Resumed but site shows me as double action on the files and the tracker has it's head up it's ass and not connecting me to people right now.

I thought he said it didn't have any protection and was "cheap" so therefore under those pretenses wouldn't you automatically assume that it would be like stealing candy from a baby?

Nah m8, with my bandwidth cap and download speed averaging 10-15 KBS it would be devastating.

i looked around and couldn't find it available for PURCHASE (weird word eh?) so i gave up.

when were they ever?
Never fell into that torrent craze, not necessarilly because of the speed/quality, but because of the security and uneasy feeling i always had.

Eh?
Torrent (non-public trackers) always max out my download speed while file dumps sites never do.
