help on blowthere script editing

Ive been trying to edit the "blowthere" script in the SCP to make a nuke explosion but no success. ive tryed getting it to use the explosion from the GIG_Scud addon but the bombs just show on the ground and not explode... Any one have advice on this?

Are the servers your testing on using this addon?

Weskers made "nuke nades" and edited the range and damage radius....every server has nades!

if i made somthing to do this but all in a script instead of launching it from scud launcher on online would the nuke be server sided?

it destroys buildings and all that but other people dont see the mushroom cloud any thing i can do about that?

and how do i make .pbo's un seen be the security? i dont remember.

ive been looking for tutorials on this scripting but cant find much.. im learning from reading other scripts atm...

You can't use bomb addons, if other people don't have it. There will be no effect. You'll have to make a nuke from stuff all people have.

ok but i have been wondering if there is a scripting command that will freeze your postion like your x,y,z particularly z lol. im new to this scripting stuff im trying out making my own scripts for things now.

drop the bombs used in the carpet bomb i forget what they are called i played arma for a week or so hacked it to death then uninstalled it.


 for the bomb effect up the z factor when exploding this will give you the effect your after the more z up the more people on the server will see it

I have been messing around in the cd-key gen and i found where the next key is stored (one going to be next generated) and i have found the key currently generated in ollydbg but i cant figure out much more than that lol. im trying to figure the way to hack id's but im kinda noob in reverse engineering. best thing ive done in reversing is changing a chat packet before its encryption in C&C lol.

The algorithm for making an ID from a key is on the games install disk.
If you want to work from ID backwards to key then look at the game disk.

At least you try to learn, most people don't. If you want to learn more in a good way, check the game hacking tutorial archive in the Downloads section.
