Use the one from reply #2 only the fixed image from Weskers (the higher res one like in his Sig) then if you want it all member made.
The photo in my first post is public domain and the gif in my 3rd post is as well however...and the "suits" TK-ing each other are funny as hell.
If you change your mind just host the gif on our server.
They should allready fit the space without resizing and you could also remove the quote at the bottom if it looks better.
Wrap an outline around it or not.
I was just putting some basic ideas out on the table.
