What Kind of Tea Do You Drink Most?
What do you sweeten a tea with?
What water temperature do you prefer for brewing?
Leaf tea or Teabags?

I usually only drink coffee, but when I get tea, Ceylon is good, especially if lemon is added to it.

Is it true that brewing a tea with boiling water kills all the vitamins and minerals? It always says on the package brew with a fully boiled water (100 Degress Celsius). How it should be done in practice too keep all the health benefits?

Cooking/heat in general may destroy some vitamins like folate. Tea is not that big a source of nutrients and such in practice, so the effect would probably be insignificant. It's usually consumed quickly as well, meaning not that much time for degradation (of what little is in there).

Depends on what you mean by high. It's similar to other drinks with caffeine. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xanthine

By high I mean total unoncern, relaxation.
Once upon a time I heard that prisoners had used black tea to get high. I had been told that all you have to do is Open a few black teabags and pour the contents into a cup (optionally mix with coffee or cigarette but I had just a tea) then brew it with a minimal amount of hot water (100 degrees). I tried this and the effect was following: I almost threw up due to high bitter and I couldn't get off of toilet for a couple of minutes. No I wasn't high.

Is diabetes caused by too much sugar or not? (Popular myth).

It can be, but doesn't have to be. For example type I has to do with auto-immunity, while type II can be caused by insulin resistance as a result of obesity (which can be caused by e.g. sugar). Many complications of diabetes have to do with unregulated sugar levels though.

Sugar DOES NOT cause Diabetes.

Diabetes is the result of the Pancreas not working correctly.
