OK this one is basicly 2 years old but:

Antec pwr supply
Asus MB
AMD 1800+
Only 512MB DDR
SB Audigy
Cambrige SoundWorks 5.1 system
FX 5600 250 MB
1 40GB HD
1 60GB HD
2 100 GB HDs
1 102 GB HD
1 14 GB HD (for taking stuff to other houses)
DVD Rom
40X CDR-RW
CyberVision C70 monitor
Logitech IR Trackball
1.5mb dsl

Now that the AMD 64bit chips are out I may build  a new "main computer" next year when the price for the chip in 75-80% lower.

a stack of shit in a box  :(
Be a sponge  not a pebble

it is said to be as a pebble and let much pass over you without learning is to be hard throughout never really gaining  eventually being worn down....but a sponges gains and retains and grows.

I am a sponge

Don't blame the gfx card for the cheap motherboard and ram.

Wow...noticed a guest was viewing this topic so I came to check it out.
Built 3 new systems in the past 4 years, mostly AMD Optrons with a 50% overclock on them.
This one is dual core overclocked just .5Ghz (AM2...not an Optron) and a 8800GTS (G92).

im running an acer 7520 atm, which tends to run very hot while gaming... which didnt happened 6 months ago when i bought it the first place.
well it got hot, logically, but it didnt affect my performance, which does now. (fan is hearable speeding up, and frames drop to below 10....even on lowest settings, battlefield2, and without nofog, viewdistance, etc  :icon_thumbsup)

Guess I will have to buy a more proper notebook for gaming!

You need to open up and clean the HS on any system about every six months.
I use a pipcleaner first, then a natural bristle paint brush....then a short burst of canned air.
Doing it this way makes it the cleanest -and- makes 1 can of air clean 20 computers.
