Is it possible to make a program in VB6 that self updates say every 30 seconds through a live http feed? Say for example I want it to update every 30 seconds from a soccer website that showed live scores but I would have it in a program that gets a feed from the website possibly taking up less space in the background?
Being Australian is about driving in a German car to an Irish pub for a Belgian beer, and then travelling home, grabbing an Indian curry or a Turkish kebab on the way, to sit on Swedish furniture and watch American shows on a Japanese TV.

This will activate the timer
On Form Load insert this
Timer1.Enabled

why not just go to timer properties and have it already enabled?
Enjoy your creative game-play, whatever that may include.

I did what you said and it comes up with Run-Time Error '424'...
