Ok, here it is.
This is not the official release. We've decided to release it to a limited group only - The ones who waited most. The official version will include the installer.
Everyone who has posted in the "ArmA Supercheatpack v1.0" topic before 23-AUG-07 17:00 GMT may PM me for the password for the SCP. Don't pass it to anyone else without talking to a dev. The pack is currently only licensed to those who get the password directly from me, the ArmA TKC-devs and the CC. It's no good idea to pass it on to others as it
will leak that way, and the pack
will get detected. Without the installer it's
not secure. The total list of users is not very big right now, it will be easy to find out who's the leaker. So, please don't do that.
Also note that the posting of some part of the SCP code in public will
result in a ban (this includes script paths) unless approved beforehand, until the official release is ready. Any code in this stage might give away vital information to anticheat devs.
These rules only apply to this limited release. We'll open the mod/script topics later.
The SCP is accessible via the in-game esc-menu. Just enter the script names there. You can view some names through init.sqf -> Info.
Currently there are 99 different cheat scripts. And you have the ability to make your own ones.
+If you want to make your scp secure. Take the .pbo filename (don't include the .pbo suffix, - don't mention it), use Ultra Edit to open the .pbo and Find And "replace all" occurences of your filename in the file with a 16 byte large string. "Random" like this Hey4hisism252345 . Don't use that one though and don't tell your unique "ID" to others.
+Don't be afraid of admins / id-bans. Before you start cheatin' en masse just find the admin and lock his keyboard. Sure, it's possible to crash out players, but that's nothing we encourage. Or everyone will be crashing out eachother. If you get yourself banned, just use the cd-key changer and you'll have a new ID in a few secs. There's also a real ID changer in the works.
+Make sure you read the readme.
So, with all that said. Let the party begin!
