The Central Committee has decided to pass a new rule that disallows the use of all file sharing solutions other than the ones offered by the TKC-C. Exceptions can be granted only by the staff.
The reason is mainly that cheats disappear on their temporary locations. Secondly, people are not able to browse through or find the software they are looking for. Sure, it may require a little bit more work to upload files to TKC, but it takes much less work to find files.
