Fog

Is the forecastfog value a changable  value?  I found it in a memory search while playing the game.  It gives a reference code:

x107B14F8:8B1 x783838:803

I attepted to modify the value with several programs with no results.  Anybody have any ideas?

I think there is a mission attribute or script command that blocks fog and bad weather no matter the forcast. Ask on www.ofpec.com for commands etc.

I have the so called "Fog Driver" from NVidia...not quite sure how to use it...just screwed around for about 5 minutes....not positive if it works, but Ive seen some people shoot incredible distance through fog...maybe it does....

look for Nvida beta driver 51.75
and start OFP and boom, no Fog:)

well on some Games PB supported, like COD the Checker searches for Drivers not sure, just been told also.
But For sure it works in OFP- Many Maps are updated now, so the View-Distance of the Map is allmost the same as Fog-Distance. But its still good that you see the Enemy fist then he does see you.
