Server Problems following use of VCHook
« on: March 26, 2006, 11:23:39 pm »
Hello Gents,

Played a little today - on an unprotected server, using VCHook.  Infact, Reuban was there also.  Anyway, lost the server after a few minutes.  Eventually game crashed and cited a memory error.  So now when I play standard FA I lose the server after 5 - 10 seconds.  Game does not crash as it did initally.  Any suggestions?

Firewall - checked, ok
Internet use - ok, hence the post
Singleplayer - ok

Any advice or retrospective disclaimers would be appreciated.

Cheers

Mark

:?  The vchook does not like to be alt/tabbed out of game will crash and/or if you have a process running that makes vc minimize ie. msn windows popping up. (only rare)
