*While we crash and burn, small, low tech, agrarian societies such as the Hmong in the mountains of Laos will continue on without so much as blinking an eye.*

Not a remake of anything.
Best movie I have seen in some time.
Not much spcl fx or action but one hell of a good story.
I even rate this one 8/10.

Mountain Lion killed on the Navajo Reservation

I have theses Mountain Lions all around my ranch.
Some people don't seem to understand why I am always armed.
It's not just about protection from "Bad Guy's".

You may live in California in a major city and not know what the hell goes on out side those City Limits.

10% of the USA population is in California.

Well I live in California and the County of Los Angeles alone has half the population of the U.K. yet the "Republic/State" has vast open areas with wild game and a large population of wild horses.

California is in fact larger in population/area than most countries on the planet.

When I was young the economic power of California ranked it as the Worlds 5th largest economy.
In 2016 the US Democratic Party had dissolved that down to the Worlds 6th largest economy.

We have more deer on the roads than cars or people who live in my county and can see snow covered Mount Shasta over the top of our mountains 150 miles to the west from town most days of the year.
Clean air.

That's the part of California I live in after moving from L.A. .
750 miles away from the closet atomic attack city/site...yet still inside California.
