how can i get a hold of Vietcongs ogg Sounds?

In the EDITOR or rip them from the game (use the EXTRATION how-to in the download section when the new main page goes up).

ok thanks, the editor dosent work for me though :/, cannot locate vietcong folder when its right there. i guess i will try to wait.

There's also a CBF plugin for a program called Windows Commander. Install the plugin and extract the large CBF files. It kinda like Winzip, easy.
Watch out where the huskies go, and don't you eat that yellow snow...
