Yes it requires a keycode, and it's included with the
game.  If the person who you bought the game from
doesn't provide the key, file a complaint with ebay
since they only provide one keycode per game.

But I personally can't verify the validity of this..
Not all chemicals are bad. For example, without chemicals such as hydrogen and oxygen,

there would be no way to make water, a vital ingredient in beer.
