i cant remove this background.and i cant use the right mouse button on windows. i can use it on internet.  does anyone know whats going on here :S?[/img]

Take a look and see if Active Desktop is enabled. If it is then disable it. Also try to log in in failsafe mode and see what you can do.

Right.....but make certain to turn off any restor programs first and after you get it cleaned up (using AV/AD/SPY/TROJAN  tools) run RegCleaner and then RegVac.

problems are fixed. when my monitors began flashing etc and going on and of i just formatted my hd and reinstalled windows.
