Tutorials?

Hey.
Because I'm really only a newb at programming (so far I know.. da da duuUn.. perl!   ) but willing to learn over the next few years, since it's a good skill to have..
I was wondering, if anyone could recommend some decent Websites or just tutorials/beginner guides relating to learning c or c++ (or whatever language would be most useful to learn for use in this community..)

I know there are Many if you search google, but I prefer having a list of Really Decent ones, over trying to weed my way through a collection of half-decent ones.
As for searching here... All I've found are trainer maker-tutorials, and phuzion.com tutorials, which looks itneresting, but still..

So anyway, if you can think of any Decent tutorials for a language worth learning, please post =)

there would be no way to make water, a vital ingredient in beer.

if you want to learn c++ you've got to buy a book  :)
tutorials are not enough, or well it will take much longer.

There are plenty of resources on google just try a search over there ;)

gah. google's good but sometimes the rating system sorta puts the best info (the least linked to info) in the most random of places, but alright =P

Any Books anyone recommends then? =P *nod*

(I will be searching google to find others recommendations too, but yeah, never know.... might be some random person here who learnt off a book that's not very popular but very good?)

... or not. I'll just go dow.. er.. buy some books *nod*

Well I know no english books other than the one learning visual c++ in 21 days, it should be enough for beginners (and more). And it's also a very good idea to actually buy the books, or at least have them printed out.
