The game is intense, but doesn't handle as good as Vietcong which felt more fluid (one of few games including CS). I guess it has to do with the realistic but high running velocities, which may be needed because of the map sizes. Environment is more detailed, and there are no invisible walls. It's easier to hide, but got to take penetration ballistics into account. It's a kind of mix between Battlefield, ArmA and Vietcong. Red Orchestra is the closest approximation.
In-game you have to increase the FoV, and turn off FXAA. Maybe force MSAA if possible.
