There are few serious programers when it comes to the gaming communities for VC and OFP. Of course TKC can't teach people how to program, but _if_ they want help there's plenty of it. To be able to help people at a maximum they also need to know how to program.

If you want to learn how to program you first got to decide what language (C/C++/Java,Pascal/Delphi,VB,ASM) you want to program in. After that you will have to buy some books, and yes real books, no online tutorials or courses. It might be hard to understand why if you don't program, but it would be like learning some language like swahili or english online.

I can't learn anyone how to program, it's a big subject and might take years to learn (if you want to learn everything perfectly). There are many courses about it too.

well to tell the truth, i was helped a lot of time from Mullah :), and I still thank him for this ;), well but only from mullah i learned something more then i know yet.
Anyway i vote "TKC has not helped me" only for a reason:

When "making cheats" comes out NOBODY just helps us CONCRETELY on howto do that cheat if u need to program it, the only helps on howto make a cheats come when u need only to work with memory, but if u need to packet edit or program a trainer....well i cant see even only ONE help about that here...

Just write your questions in the trainermaking section to get more specific answers.
