I've tried some keygens, and it works for just 30 seconds or so, then it says that my GUID is invalid.

UPD: Finally I've generated a key, that works fine, so guys just try as many times as possible, it took like 15 minutes and I can play this game as I did before, without buying a new key and paying BI(sexuals) money that they did not deserve.

Besides, it is necessary to mention that for reception of a reliable key - absolutely unessentially each time after its change to come on a server. There is enough see in properties of the character the identifier which should contain small quantity of symbols, approximately so 1689220
1639046
2098116 and similar similar. If who can add possibility in the generator of keys to choose any identifier - problem will be solved on 100 % :icon_rolleyes2

You mean the guid should start in that range right? Really appreciate it, will try to find a workin one later.

Btw I saw this posted on another thread and when I came back to get the range off it - the post seemed to of been deleted. So write down the ranges or something just in case it gets removed.

So has anyone written a program to hash the key or hex of the key into the be guid?  Or is this a write it yourself or deal with the trial and error situation?

BI and BE do that already.

Well what I meant was I wanted to hash the guid myself before I put it into memory so I could see if it falls into the right range. As far as I'm aware the only way to see the guid is to connect to a server. I'll search the forum when I get home to my desktop, on my phone ATM.

Well banned or "suspected" #'s are still a valid ones as well,and lists of these are found on most ArmA fan sites.

The only other way I've read to get around BE is to use packet injection but what I found was very sparse on the details and I've not got the skill nor time to research it in depth and work it out myself.  I appreciate that you guys want people to learn how to do things on their own, so that maybe they'll have a little more appreciation for the work you guys do not to mention stop asking for handouts and acting like 12 year olds.  But between looking for a new house to buy, a 40 hour a week job, and a nagging wife - I don't have the time to dedicate to this type of stuff like I used to when I was in my teens.  If I can't find a step by step tutorial I'm pretty much useless I'm afraid.

If anyone would want to give me a handout, hah i'd take it.  I can keep it private.  But if not, I understand.  Can't hurt to ask I guess?  Once in a while someone asking politely might get lucky, it could happen!

Well what your doing is akin to riding a train from the station at point A to point F by running along the tracks to board the train at point E.

Make life easy on yourself and board the train at station A's depot.

BE GUID's are based on your install key...so look at the games INSTALLER.
TKC hosts key changer for the game.

At least one program on the internet will check your generated keys with GameSpy to see if it allows them in MP.

Problem solved!


Learn the easy way first and the hard way will look so much easier in your mind.

I'm hunting for the key check program with no luck.  Any hints as to what to search for, release group, anything?  Googling "check arma key gamespy" and variations of that, is not finding me anything so far.

But that would be exactly what I'm looking for.  A way to check the keys from the keygen to see if they're legit for multiplayer, instead of having to use CE to inject them into the exe one by one and seeing if i can connect.
