Most of it could probably be labeled as a crime, especially the remote, but crime or not, nobody deserves to die for something like that. Even the chair pranks are dubious. Some people may have conditions that make their bones break easily for example. You never know.
I was refering to the "bait bike" pranks.I don't think they would be sentenced but I am not a lawyer so I don't know and it depends on a local law.. in the first place they commited a theft,they weren't supposed to touch this fucking bike,they had no right to do it and exactly knew they broke the law.I think it's enough assurance in the court. that electrical bait could be used as a protection just like a gun when your life is at risk,.
Crime or not, it doesn't seem like a good idea to leave a knife in a kindergarten, or e.g. in an upright position in a park. Here there's a law that can be loosely translated into "causing danger to others". I think it's the same in a lot of countries.
