Also, this is related to position co-ords (the way I'm thinking of doing it anyway).

I'm curious as to how some TKC guys made superjump.  Did some of you hack .CBF files somehow- or make trainers?

When I found the memory location containing the coordinate for the altitude, I set a BP on Memory Write in T-Search; jumped in the game; and got the jumping function that writes to this value.  By noping out a whole bunch of FMUL, FSUB etc instructions above (A physics gravity formula?)- I got myself to jump, but never come back down... Then, I nop'ed out one FXXX instruction inparticular- and I go up up up up, never coming back down... Getting close? Lol... I hope so...

That similar to what some of you guys did for superjump?

I know why you're having so much trouble finding the proper co-ords.

If you type "showfps 1" into the console; you'll get a floating point approximation; meaning that the EXACT value is rounded to 1 decimal place.  If you try searching for the EXACT floating point value XXX.X; you won't get any hits; because it's actually XXX.XXXXXX etc.

So how did I find it?  Well, I originally thought; I'll search for a RANGE between the values "showfps 1" displays.  Let's just say "showfps 1" says your x position is 19.6; It would make sense to search for any floating point values between 19.5 -> 19.7

I found that, T-search has a subtle bug- in that it doesn't correctly display floating point value ranges.  When I eventually found the 19.6XXXX value; it still didn't show up when a did a floating point range search 19.5 -> 19.7 :(.

So, perhaps the best way to do it- is locate the z coord first; (direction towards the sky).  It'll take patience, but pick a map with a huge slope (like the start of NVA base on US team).  Firstly, search for Unknown; then use a combination of search next'ing for "Value has increased" when you've increase your altitude - and correspondingly, "Value has decreased" for decreased altitude etc.  Repeat this process over and over until you've got just over a hundred hits... lol... You can either lock them individually- switch back to the game- and see if you're direction is "locked" in a certain direction (eg. when you jump- something weird happens), or change the values; and see if you end up somewhere different (I'd advise simply locking them, though).

Note: You can also search next for "Value has not changed" if you look around (eg. using your mouse) but don't actually MOVE.  Don't shoot either, you can experience a small change in co-ordinates and it'll fuck up everything you've done.

When you've got just 1 co-ordinate in DMA, you're set.  Other 2 (for x and y in this case) are 4 bytes in either the + or - direction; can't remember exactly.

Try to find static pointers to these addresses using the T-Search debugger, so you don't have to fiddle around with DMA every time.

Flag teleporting doesn't work on secure servers; get done for #2.

You can however, teleport inside walls simply by changing your co-ords; which is pretty cool; and if you do a series of smaller distance teleports to the flag- it works fine.

I think I'll resurrect my easywrite file; and make a workable teleporting trainer... I've never seen it done in VC...

Yeah it's fkn great, hey?

I only tested it client-side; so if Raven was hosting the server; he probably shouldn't have had the trainer on aswell lol :P.

When the King of the Jungle in LMS suddenly gets killed by a WTF claymore- it's priceless.

Glad you liked it :)

My universal speedhack works like a charm on VAC2 protected servers, including DoD:S.

I've got a few scripts aswell- such as the ragdoll one, and automatic firing with the single shot only guns (like Carbine etc).

I'm trying to force noclip to work on clients prior to the last update; but the new steam VAC2 games continue to amaze me.

Send me a private msg with your MSN.

- Spawn timer hack (1 second or some) -> Dunno

Check out this trainer
When you die (eg. between respawns)- you can still walk around the level, as if you only took damage.  What's so great about it is- you can actually kill people whilst you're dead.

It's hularious when you come across maps with ATG or LMS (last man standing)- because you can kill others with grenades, claymores and traps; long after you're dead.

I tried to make a similar spawn timer hack- to stop me from actually respawning (eg stay dead forever and be able to kill people no matter what the respawn is); but I didn't have much luck, unfortuantely.
