Yen = RN Malboef using a (czech) proxy nothing else, or am I the only one who noticed it?
read the last post of the thread and u know who locked it and i think the thread also started again to get stupid, the first 2 sites were probably ok but the rest started to bs'in each other again so no loss.

guess what it already crossed my mind, lol

i wonder if malboeuf knows that you need permission to use public proxies legally maybe I will email the proxy owners and ask them for logs and tell them someone is making threats using their IP

i notice malboeuf cleaned up his atrocious spelling and grammar in his yen posts, thats the only reason i didnt think they were the same person, although they both have the same psychotic and irrational as well as child like mentality

i have logs showing malboeuf doing UDP port scans on my computer, which is far more instrusive than cheating in an online game, if malboeuf wants our internet accounts closed for cheating in operation flashpoint, then he should have his accounts cancelled for intentionally DDoSing the TKC-community website (he wasnt even smart enough to hide his IP), making death threats, spoofing his IP to make newsgroup posts (also against his TOS), claiming he puts trojans on anothercheaters computer, using public proxies without permission from the owners, etc

see what i mean he tries to bs us about TOS, but really the shithead doesnt want to follow his own shawcable (or his server hosts) TOS to the letter.

Joeb, you should be smart enough to write something which makes sence. Why you don't go trough the text you wrote and rethink it? I really like these script kiddies having a mouth full of jails and courts without having the basic idea how the things work...

Just a hint. You can't win any cause just based on your log files. You have to add the logs from and independent 3rd party to prove your words. So no one will be going into jail for downloading some public files on a public site causing the site to be slow/not responding... :P

Can you please write to this czech ISP that he has to make some actions against this proxy? Please write him what's the problem with this proxy and please be so kind add any 3rd party log files showing, what this IP has done...

I would appreciate the logs showing the attack on the TKC as well. Please remember that you have to prove the source IP address as well. This might be a problem... :P

Y

Learn the law, i have logs of your activities malboeuf, in fact they are public on the internet, IP spoofing is a hacking type activity banned by most ISPs and you do it, and its achived on newsgroups, including google groups

if you are going to go around filing reports and threatening people, you could at least be squeaky clean yourself, but you aren't.

you dont have any logs except of me connecting to your server using some cheats, first prove TKC has done anything at all and then prove some intent, and only then come back here, case closed.

You should be useing anti-virus and anti-trojan programs that run ACTIVE scans so that they are found-and-jailed AS THEY ARE BEING DOWNLOADED.

I just built a compleat AMD 64 3400+ for my girlfriend from Brazil for $430 USD and installed the 64 bit Symantec Corp ver 10 AV with the latest patch.....so don't say that your computer is not good enough to run active scanning software becuase you can upgrade it for less than I built a new system for.

i have norton internet security which has firewall and antivirus

just ran a total harddrive scan and indeed i was infected with the particular malicious worm, 2 more files deleted

i really should leave active scanning on, but i have a bad habit of turning off the realtime scanner because i have the  mentality that it lags games, but with my computer specs the effect is negligible

the point is that if it was limewire that infected my computer, it is an insecure program

u must be talking about the MEC smg (PP-19 Bizon)
that gun has 2 clips because the mags hold about double the ammo the US smg holds (MP5)

even with the G3 rifle ive had the experience of running out of ammo when facing an enemy, in one case with the anti tank rocket, i had to use a rocket to kill an enemy (enemy with poor aim lol) since my smg ran out of ammo

overall its a pretty cool game, the apcs are great, and the firing ports for the crew are realistic

I found a setup.exe file in my shared folder, infected with VB.DA worm, no i didnt run it, but its obvious its limewire that let this be uploaded to its shared folder

are there any similar P2P programs just for downloading music, because i have uninstalled limewire, any program that lets people upload files to your computer without knowledge is too insecure to be used safely.

Ive been playing this game for a bit now so my comments on it

its a lot like battlefield vietnam, i used to play that game as well, but some features are missing that were in battlefield vietnam

- No gamma/brightness settings, pretty strange since most games have this

- not enough ammo, especially if you have to use a gun like the anti tank smg, you will run out of ammo after firing off 2 clips in full auto, you can forget about just firing off for fun at no targets.  Also tanks and APCs have unlimited machine gun ammo.. it would have been nice if they had ammo crates at flags where you can pick up weapons and ammo, like JO typhoon rising or even ofp

- No stingers/sa7s anti aircraft missiles that soldiers can carry, strange since bfv had sa7s for the vietcong side... its a hit and miss trying to take out ah1s with anti tank rockets, although there are fixed anti aircraft positions, the handheld ones are missing

- the artillery is overused, and there are no mortars

- There used to be tunnel spawns that vietcong engineers could carry and place in bfv, you could then tell your whole team to spawn there, it was great fun, also you could capture the USAs main base flag, those are protected in bf2, so US wins 90% of the time on some maps

just ban the impotent loser from the czech republic called "Yen"

sorry but our ISPs wont listen to some shithead from a 3rd world shithole, because we pay them money for their services and you dont...just ask malboeuf hes already tried all of that and guess what, nothing happened

good luck proving anything as well

i have not seen any intelligent discourse from "yen", just insults, threats, death threats, hacking threats, vulgarity.  He is totally misusing what is a great community here and i think we have tolerated enough of this

PS yen i have your IP too, so your threats against people here are duly noted

also remember you have to use the same ID as the persons XML you are using

some clans are now using extra long xml links to make it harder to impersonate them

the best way is to just get rid of the admins with by freezing their keyboards or using the crash scripts (needs to be added to cheat pack manually)

and yes some admins are quick to kick because they are always playing with the same boring people whom they trust, and they are on team speak with the other team as well (pretty stupid if you think about it)
