A little bit more progress for PimpCong is done.

Check out the latest mini-trailer here.

PimpCong will include:

Actually you dont have got any benefit from this, besides its quite funny.

And yes, it works on secured servers.

Put the file in Vietcong/addons.
Run original VC.
If your VC automaticly starts with FA, go to options/custom game, and select Vietcong.


I know the bat looks ugly as hell, but my state of mind is not on creative, more on alcoholic mode.

Oh BTW, press 1 for your TKC Baseball Bat :-)

Ok, here it is.

Should work now.

Unpack the cbf from the demo, and stick the TKC-mod files in the same folders.

Dont overwrite entire folders, just take the files from the TKC-mod, and stick them in the same folders of the unpacked vc2onlin.cbf.

EDIT:
You do need to repack, otherwise VC crashes as soon you join a server.

Demos / TKC mini-mod

Playing around with some things in the VC2 Demo resulted in this.

Together with a good friend we created some kind of mini-mod.

You can download it No Offsite Hosting/d.php?id=350DI9TLB668KQQ005CCE6FK8]here[/url]


Extract the original  demos, and replace the files from the demo with the ones in the rar file.

I have put every file we have changed in the same folders as the extracted demo, so it shouldnt be hard locating them.
Just make sure you dont overwrite entire folders, but just the files.

After that, repack it, and have fun :)

Vietcong 1 & 2 / maybe some Progress

After 10 hours non stop testing all kind of ways, I didnt really made any progress.

well some though.

1:] Hradba checks .dds files.

But not the ones used in overview maps.

(might come in handy for the tactics ;) )

2:] I found the weap.txt, and weap2.txt ( 2 is FA weaps)

(cant change them since they are C++ coded, any help guys?)

I messed around with some manm files, didnt gave me much result besides funny ways of holding a gun, and the zoom while aiming, without aiming, not really hot.

And off course the other topic in here called: interesting.

Ok mates, i was screwing 'round with my stuff..

messed up a level a bit, runned a server with no Hrdaba.
This was the result ( only me has this ;) )

So, i know alot of people dont play the demo anymore, but sometimes I do, its fun :D

I modified the colt, so it shoots like an m16, with SVD bullets, and infinite ammo, so dont worry about reloading  :P
